Some Outlook, Office 365, and Zoho email accounts need third-party sync enabled before they can connect to ATZ CRM.

2. Click the gear icon.
3. Select **View all Outlook settings**.

6. Click **Save**.

After this, the Outlook or Office 365 account is ready to connect to ATZ CRM.

## Enable Sync for Zoho

1. Log in to Zoho Mail.
2. Open settings from the gear icon.
3. Go to **Mail Accounts**.

## Troubleshooting

### IMAP Option Is Disabled

Ask your email administrator to allow third-party or IMAP access.

### Connection Still Fails

Confirm credentials, server settings, provider security rules, and whether app passwords are required.

### Sync Is Slow

Initial sync can take time after connecting, especially for older email history.

## FAQs

### Is this required for every Gmail account?

No. Gmail usually uses the Google OAuth connection flow, not manual IMAP setup.

### Is Zoho connected through IMAP?

Zoho commonly requires IMAP access for third-party email sync.

### Should I contact my provider admin?

Yes, if you cannot find or change POP/IMAP settings.
