# How to Archive and Unarchive Jobs in ATZ CRM

Archive jobs in ATZ CRM to remove them from active lists, then restore archived jobs when they need to become active again.

Quick Answer

Open the job, use the action menu to archive it, and confirm. To restore it, open Archived Jobs, locate the job, and choose the unarchive or restore action.

## Why Archive Jobs

Archiving keeps your active job list clean without deleting job history. Use it for old, paused, duplicate, or no-longer-active jobs that you still need for reference.

## Archive a Job

1.  Go to **Jobs**.
2.  Find and open the job you want to archive.
3.  Open the action menu.
4.  Choose **Archive**.
5.  Confirm the action.

## Unarchive a Job

1.  Open the archived jobs area.
2.  Locate the archived job.
3.  Open the job detail page.
4.  Choose **Unarchive**, **Restore**, or the available active-list action.
5.  Confirm the action.

## Find Archived Jobs

Open **Jobs**, select the menu icon, and choose **Archived Jobs**.
