🔄 Our 2-Stage Data Migration Process
Our carefully designed two-stage process ensures a seamless, zero-downtime migration. You’ll work with a dedicated migration expert who collaborates closely with your team from start to finish to deliver a stress-free transition.
Stage 1 typically begins about one month prior to your planned switchover from the current system. The exact duration depends on the size and complexity of your database.

🚀 Stage 2: Delta Migration & Go-Live
To ensure uninterrupted business operations, Stage 2 (Delta Migration) is scheduled over the weekend, just before your final switchover to ATZ CRM. Your team will export the latest data from your current CRM after business hours on Friday, ensuring all updates and new records are captured.
Export and share any new or updated records from your current system. Optional CRM access can be provided for direct extraction.
We import new and updated records, validate against existing data, and ensure full synchronization before go-live.
You officially switch to ATZ CRM as your primary system. Our onboarding team will be available for real-time support and final checks.
