Our Story
ATZ CRM was founded by Armaan Sharma, who grew up close to the realities of independent recruiting. His father worked as an independent recruiter, so he saw the daily process, bottlenecks, and pressure firsthand.
One challenge stood out repeatedly: teams were expected to move fast, but their workflows were spread across disconnected tools and manual follow-ups. On top of that, the cost of large platforms like Bullhorn and Greenhouse was often too high for many growing agencies to justify.
ATZ CRM was built to solve that gap with a practical, modern system that combines ATS + CRM workflows in one place while staying approachable in cost and simple to operate.
