Quick answer

What changed for recruiters?

Smart Views for All Entities lets recruiters save and reopen filtered record views across candidates, jobs, clients, and more. Instead of rebuilding the same filters every day, teams can keep practical working views for sourcing, pipeline review, client follow-up, job tracking, and operational lists.

What changed

What this update changes

Smart Views are now available across all entities in ATZ CRM. Recruiters can create reusable filtered views not only for candidates, but also for jobs, clients, deals, and other record areas where repeat review happens.

This update is built for the lists recruiters open again and again: active jobs needing candidates, clients waiting for feedback, candidates ready for outreach, records owned by a recruiter, or follow-up lists for a specific campaign.

Earlier Smart Views helped recruiters reuse Advanced Search combinations for candidate work. February expands that same idea across the wider CRM so teams can create a more consistent habit for recurring record review.

For managers, Smart Views can also make team check-ins sharper. Instead of asking someone to recreate a filter live, the team can start from a saved view that already reflects the working segment.

Why it matters

Why it matters to recruiters

Recruiters are often measured on speed, quality, and follow-through. This update is designed to reduce manual work, protect useful context, and help teams keep hiring activity moving with fewer handoffs.

Less repeated filtering

Recruiters can save important record views once and return to them whenever the same list needs review.

Better focus across modules

Candidates, jobs, clients, deals, and other records can each have practical views for the way the team works.

Cleaner manager reviews

Team leads can standardize review views for open jobs, client follow-up, candidate activity, and recruiter-owned work.

Faster handoffs

When a teammate needs context, a saved view can point them to the right group of records without a long explanation.

Before and after

How the workflow changes

Before

Recruiters rebuilt the same filters across different modules whenever they needed a familiar working list.

After

Recruiters can save reusable views and return to them across candidates, jobs, clients, and more.

Before

Smart Views were useful for candidate-focused searching, but other record types still needed manual filtering habits.

After

The same saved-view approach now supports more of the CRM, giving teams a consistent way to revisit important lists.

Before

Managers often depended on exports, shared lists, or verbal instructions to review the same filtered records.

After

Teams can align around saved views for recurring reviews and daily priorities.

How recruiters use it

How the workflow works

The exact setup depends on your workspace and permissions, but the core workflow is built to keep recruiters closer to the record, the next action, and the right team context.

1

Choose a repeat review pattern

Start with a list the team checks often, such as open jobs without enough candidates, clients awaiting feedback, or candidates needing outreach.

2

Apply the right filters

Use fields such as owner, stage, status, folder, tag, date, client, source, or engagement signal to narrow the list.

3

Save it as a Smart View

Give the view a clear name that reflects the action the recruiter should take when opening it.

4

Use the view during daily work

Open the saved view during sourcing blocks, pipeline reviews, client follow-up, or manager check-ins.

5

Refresh views as workflows change

Update or retire Smart Views when campaigns, clients, owners, or hiring priorities shift.

Quick answers

Common questions

What changed with Smart Views in February 2026?

Smart Views were expanded across all entities, helping recruiters save filtered views for candidates, jobs, clients, deals, and other record areas.

How are Smart Views different from folders?

Folders group selected records. Smart Views reopen filtered lists based on conditions such as status, owner, stage, tags, folders, or other fields.

What should a recruiter save as a Smart View?

Save any list you review repeatedly, such as candidates ready for outreach, open jobs needing coverage, clients waiting on feedback, or records owned by a specific recruiter.

Can Smart Views help managers?

Yes. Managers can use saved views to standardize recurring team reviews without asking recruiters to rebuild filters each time.
