What the Matches Module Is
The Matches module gives recruiters a centralized view of candidate-job assignments across the ATS. Instead of opening each job one by one, you can review every candidate assigned to jobs from one list.
What Counts as a Match
A match is created when a candidate is assigned to a job. Each row in the Matches list represents one candidate assigned to one job.
| Candidate | Job | Talent Stage |
|---|---|---|
| John Smith | Software Engineer | Interview Scheduled |
| Maria Lopez | Product Manager | Submitted |
| Arjun Patel | Backend Developer | Screening |

Permissions and Access

Use Cases
Review All Active Assignments
See every candidate assigned to jobs without opening job records individually.
Track Candidates by Stage
Filter by talent stage to find submitted, interviewing, offered, or hired candidates.
Review Recruiter Ownership
Filter by match owner, candidate owner, or job owner to understand workload and accountability.
Monitor Pipeline Health
Combine job status and talent stage filters to see whether open jobs have enough active candidates.
Troubleshooting
Matches List Looks Empty
Confirm candidates have been assigned to jobs and that you have permission to view those records.
A Candidate Appears More Than Once
That can be expected if the same candidate is assigned to multiple jobs.
Filters Do Not Show Expected Values
Check visible columns and account configuration. Some filters depend on available searchable fields.
