Before You Start

The Client Portal is an add-on feature of ATZ CRM, available separately from the standard subscription. For access or pricing details, contact support from in-app chat or email support@atzcrm.com.

Before inviting a contact, confirm:

  • The contact has a valid email address.
  • The contact is assigned to an organization.
  • The organization should be able to collaborate through the Client Portal.

Step 1: Open the Contact Profile

Log in to ATZ CRM and go to Contacts. Open the contact you want to invite.

Step 2: Select Invite to Client Portal

Click the three-dot actions menu and choose Invite to Client Portal.

If you do not see the option, check whether the contact has an email address and is linked to an organization.

ATZ CRM sends an email invitation to the contact with a link to join the portal.
