Your Home dashboard brings daily recruitment work and performance reports into one place. Start with what needs attention, then explore the reports that help you plan your next action.
Find Your Way Around
Open Home from the main navigation. Reports such as Performance snapshot, Upcoming activities, Latest applicants, and Latest jobs help you review the day without opening several modules.
New dashboard reports are visible by default when your access allows them. If you have already personalized Home, your saved choices still apply. You can bring a hidden report back through Customise widgets.
Make Home Useful for Your Role
A recruiter might put upcoming activities, applicants, and job health near the top. A team lead might prioritize activity trends, goal progress, and the competition podium.
Use Customise widgets to hide reports you do not need and move important ones higher. Report sizes adapt to the screen; manual resizing is not available.

Filter Reports Independently
Each report has its own settings. For example, you can review applications for this week while keeping job health focused on a longer period.
Check the filter labels displayed on the report before interpreting a number. Defaults are filters too. Some reports show activity during a period, while others show the current state of your pipeline and do not offer a date filter.
Your report filters are remembered for your account and user, so you do not have to select them every time you return in the same browser.
Open Goals, Competitions, and AI Insights
Use the dashboard shortcuts to open Goals, Competitions, or AI Insights. These have their own pages and are also available from the Account card in Admin Settings. They are not entries in the Reports list.
The Goal progress and Competition podium widgets need you to choose a goal or competition in their settings before they can show that item’s results.
Understand Availability
Dashboard customization and expanded reports are available on Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans, subject to your permissions.
Goals, Competitions, and AI Insights are available on Free, Business, and Enterprise plans, subject to the relevant role permissions. Pro accounts see locked previews for these features; the preview is sample content, not live account data.
Teams and Roles and Permissions are not available on Pro.
If a Report Is Empty or Missing
Check whether the widget is hidden, whether its filters exclude your records, and whether your role permits the underlying data. An empty result is different from a report that could not load.
If access has recently changed, refresh Home. If a report still cannot load, share its name and the selected filters with your administrator or support. Do not widen record permissions simply to make a chart display.
FAQs
Does changing my dashboard change a colleague’s dashboard?
No. Home is personalized for you. Your layout does not rearrange another user’s dashboard.
Why can a colleague see different totals?
Your roles, record access, team membership, and report filters can differ. Compare those settings before comparing totals.
