Understand Home Dashboard Reports in ATZ CRM

Learn what each Home dashboard report measures, which filters to review, and how to interpret recruitment, pipeline, revenue, and temporary staffing totals.

Quick Answer

Use dashboard reports to distinguish work recorded during a date range from your current pipeline. Check each report's filters, permissions, and counting rules before comparing totals.

Home combines several kinds of reports. Knowing what a number represents helps you choose the right next action.

Daily Work and Activity

ReportWhat it helps you review
Performance snapshotOpen, won, and lost job figures alongside new applications, using the selected period and team filters.
Upcoming activitiesScheduled work from today onward. Narrow by activity type, importance, upcoming days, and row limit.
Latest applicantsRecent candidate-to-job assignments, not simply newly created candidate profiles. Filter by period, team, and stage.
Latest jobsJobs created in the selected period, shown with their current status.
Business activity scorecardsCandidates, jobs, Organizations, contacts, and deals added during the period.
Recruitment activity trendCandidates, jobs, and applications added over time. Use daily, weekly, or monthly grouping.

Hover over trend bars to inspect their values. See Recruitment Activity Trend for comparisons over time.

Pipeline and Job Health

ReportWhat it helps you review
Current pipeline by stageCurrent candidate-to-job assignments grouped by hiring stage.
Candidate source mixCandidates added during the period, grouped by source.
Current jobs by statusCurrent job inventory grouped by status.
Candidate funnel by recruiterCurrent assignments attributed to the recruiter who assigned the candidate.
Candidate funnel by ownerCurrent assignments grouped by the candidate’s owner.
Job healthJobs created in the chosen period, with age and candidate-coverage signals. Adjust the age and minimum-coverage thresholds to suit your desk.
Deal pipeline valueCurrent deal counts and weighted values by sales stage. Weighted value is not a confirmed payment.

Current-state reports answer “Where are we now?” Historical stage reports answer “What movement was recorded during this period?” Those totals are not interchangeable.

Targets and Competitions

Goal progress shows the current period for a selected goal. Competition podium shows the leading ranks for a selected competition.

Choose the item in the widget settings. These widgets depend on feature access as well as access to the chosen goal or competition. A competition without positive scores has no podium winners yet.

Billing and Temporary Staffing

ReportWhat it helps you review
Outstanding revenueCurrent unpaid billed placement amounts, grouped by currency.
Pending invoicesUnpaid billed placement rows, with due-date and team filters.
Temporary operationsShift demand, bookings, coverage, completions, and no-shows in the selected period.

Pending invoices and outstanding revenue concern placement billing. They are not a combined total of shift invoices. Different currencies should not be added together as though they were the same currency.

Compare Numbers Fairly

Before comparing a dashboard widget with a report page:

  1. Match the metric, not just a similar-sounding title.
  2. Match the dates and team filters.
  3. Match stage, status, and archived-record settings where available.
  4. Check whether you are comparing a complete summary or a limited list.
  5. Use the same user’s access when checking results.

For example, a current-stage chart can change when a candidate moves forward, while a historical first-interview count can still include that earlier interview.

An empty result does not automatically mean the team did no work. Filters, missing milestone configuration, and record access can all affect what you see.

If your account uses custom pipeline labels, see Map Custom Stages to Dashboard Metrics. Unconfigured custom milestones use no matching records when ATZ CRM cannot apply a safe built-in meaning.

FAQs

Why are applications higher than the number of candidates?

Applications count candidate-to-job assignments. One candidate can be assigned to more than one job.

Do all reports measure activity within a date range?

No. Some count dated activity; others describe current jobs, assignments, deals, or unpaid placements. Use the report’s description and filter labels.
