The Email Detail Page lets you view all messages in a single email thread and review attachments connected to individual messages.
Quick Answer
Open an email thread from the email list view. If an attachment is missing from the visible message, check earlier messages in the same thread because attachments stay attached to the specific email where they were received.

The page displays the full email thread in one place.

View Email Threads
From email list view, you can see how many messages are included in a conversation. Opening the thread shows all messages associated with that email conversation.

Find Attachments
Attachments belong to the individual email message where they were originally received.
To locate an attachment:
- Minimize the current email HTML view.
- Browse earlier messages in the thread.
- Open the email message that contains the attachment.
- Access or download the file from that message.

Parse Resumes from Attachments
For PDF resumes and similar candidate documents, use the built-in Resume Parsing feature from the attachment section.

Attachment Looks Missing
Check earlier messages in the thread. The attachment may belong to a previous message.
Thread Has Multiple Messages
Use the message count and expanded thread view to review all messages in the conversation.
