Choose an Expanded Recruitment Report in ATZ CRM

Choose reports for sourcing, pipeline movement, job health, recruiter performance, collections, recruitment trends, and temporary staffing.

Quick Answer

Open Reports and choose the report that matches your question. Set that report's filters, review its summary and rows, and compare dashboard totals only when the metric and filters match.

The expanded reports help you move from a headline number to a specific recruitment question. They complement the existing reporting suite rather than replacing every report with one dashboard.

Open and Filter a Report

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Choose a report below.
  3. Select the filters available for that report.
  4. Apply the filters and review the summary alongside the detailed rows.
  5. Use the export control where available if you need a copy of the permitted results.

Find the Right Report

Recruiting funnel qualityHow do source and funnel indicators compare across recorded recruitment activity?
Recruitment activity trendHow are candidate, job, and application additions changing over time?
Temporary operationsHow well are shifts covered, and what bookings, completions, or no-shows need attention?

Interpret Source and Stage Comparisons

Candidate source performance combines additions and stage events recorded during the chosen dates. A candidate added earlier may generate a stage event or placement during this period.

As a result, source ratios are period indicators, not a guarantee of what happened to one fixed group of newly sourced candidates. A source quality score is a reporting indicator, not a candidate suitability rating.

Pipeline conversion counts applications entering stages. A candidate assigned to two jobs can contribute two applications. A later stage can have more entries than an earlier one during the same dates because applications may have entered the earlier stage before the period began.

Use these comparisons to investigate bottlenecks, not to assume that every displayed percentage tracks the same people through an uninterrupted sequence.

Understand Job and User Figures

For Job fill health, the date filter selects jobs created during the period; coverage and fill information describe those jobs’ current position. Include the relevant job statuses when reviewing open work.

For User performance, distinguish work recorded during the period from current ownership totals. Reassigning a record is not the same as creating another record.

Team-filtered historical activity follows the membership relevant to the activity, while current record access still limits what you can see.

Reconcile with Home

Matching report and widget measures use the same reporting definitions. Compare their dates, teams, archive choices, and other settings. A detailed report may show more rows than a dashboard widget.

Do not expect a historical stage-entry report to equal a current-stage distribution, or placement billing to equal shift invoicing.

For help with a persistent mismatch, provide the two report names, selected filters, and the exact figures you compared. Your administrator can then check access and configuration without changing data unnecessarily.

FAQs

Are Goals, Competitions, and AI Insights in the Reports list?

No. Open their separate pages from Home or from the Account card in Admin Settings.

Can a conversion percentage be higher than 100%?

A period-based stage comparison can exceed 100% when different applications enter different stages during the period. It is not always a conversion rate for one fixed group of candidates.
