Go to your ATZ CRM Email Settings and choose the option to connect email accounts.

Sign in to your Google account, allow the requested permissions, and click Continue.

After verification, Gmail connects to ATZ CRM.

Step 4: Access Your Mailbox

Open your mailbox from the left menu in ATZ CRM. It mirrors Gmail, including email folders and messages.

Initial folder sync may take up to 10 minutes. Older emails may take 2 to 3 hours to fully sync. This is a one-time process.

If multiple email accounts are connected, switch between them inside ATZ CRM.
