Understand AI Insight Sections and Forecasts in ATZ CRM

Read the eight AI Insight report sections, understand supported recruitment metrics, and interpret forecasts, ranges, and confidence with appropriate context.

Quick Answer

Start with the selected subject, dates, and recorded performance figures. Then read the summary, strengths, trends, activity analysis, and recommendations. Forecast ranges are planning estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.

An AI Insight report is most useful when you read the evidence before the recommendation. Confirm the subject, period, and observation date, then use the commentary as a starting point for discussion.

Explore the Eight Sections

SectionHow to use it
Executive summaryRead a concise overview of the selected subject and period.
Key strengthsIdentify positive patterns supported by the available facts.
Top client accountsReview the client contribution information available for this subject.
Performance trendsCompare recorded activity with the comparable previous period.
Performance summaryCheck actual figures, comparison values, and forecasts.
Activity analysisReview the pattern of recruitment work recorded in the period.
Development opportunitiesExplore gaps and areas that may need attention.
Strategic recommendationsConsider suggested next actions alongside your knowledge of the desk or client.

A section can be empty when the necessary information is unavailable. An empty section does not prove poor performance.

Know Which Facts Support the Report

Depending on scope and access, the report can use additions of candidates, jobs, Organizations, contacts, deals, activities, and candidate-to-job assignments.

For a Company report, only supported facts linked to the selected Organization are included. Candidate additions and Organization additions are not automatically attributed to that client.

These are not every KPI available in Goals and Competitions. For example, a general activity-additions measure is not automatically a completed-interviews or cash-collected measure.

Where permitted, relevant target progress can add context to user or team reports. A selected client Organization is not the same as an account-wide Company goal.

Understand the Client Section

In a Company report, client context is about the Organization you selected. It can include the CRM context and linked activity available for that Organization.

Do not interpret the heading Top client accounts as a promise that every report contains an account-wide client ranking. Team and user reports may have no authorized client breakdown.

The report uses available CRM information; it does not independently verify your client’s business or fill missing records with confirmed facts.

Read Comparisons and Forecasts

Compare like-for-like periods and check Observed through before reading the forecast. An in-progress period has fewer observed days than a completed one.

The forecast baseline follows recorded activity pace. A projected figure and its range describe possible direction toward the end of the period. Confidence reflects the amount and consistency of supporting history.

Sparse history, unusual spikes, changing workloads, and missing CRM updates can limit usefulness. For a completed period, the recorded result matters more than a future-looking projection.

Use Recommendations Responsibly

Review suggested actions against the actual jobs, client commitments, capacity, and recruitment context. AI commentary can be incomplete or mistaken, especially when the supporting records are sparse.

Do not use an activity summary or forecast as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or other consequential decisions about a person.

If a result looks wrong, check the underlying metric, selected subject, period, and access first. Update inaccurate CRM records through the normal workflow, then generate the latest available insights.

FAQs

Are the report’s numbers invented by AI?

ATZ CRM calculates the supported facts and forecast baseline from available CRM records. AI uses that information to write commentary and suggestions.

Does Top client accounts always rank every client?

No. Its content depends on the selected subject and authorized client facts. For a Company report, it concerns the selected Organization, not every client in the account.

Is a high-confidence forecast a guarantee?

No. Confidence describes the supporting activity history, not certainty about future recruitment outcomes or a judgment of someone’s ability.
