The native dialer lets you initiate calls from ATZ CRM using your computer’s default calling application, such as Zoom, Skype, Teams, or another configured calling app.

Step 1: Open a Candidate or Contact Profile
Open the candidate or contact you want to call and locate the phone number on the profile.
Step 2: Click Open Native Caller
Click Open Native Caller next to the phone number.
Your browser shows a prompt asking to open your computer’s default calling application.
Step 3: Complete the Call in Your Calling App
Select Open [Application Name], such as Open zoom.us. ATZ CRM redirects the call action to your default calling system.
Change Your Default Native Dialer
To make sure the correct calling app opens, set your preferred app as the default dialer in your operating system.
macOS
Configure the default calling app in macOS so phone links open in your preferred app, such as Zoom or Skype.

Important Limitations
No Automatic Call Logging
Native dialer calls are not automatically logged in ATZ CRM. Add notes manually in the relevant candidate or contact profile if you need a record.
