Better candidate redeployment
When a candidate is not selected for one role, recruiters can quickly see whether another open job may be a better fit.
ATZ CRM added a faster way to find the most relevant jobs for a candidate, helping recruiters match existing talent to open roles with one click.
Match a candidate to the most relevant jobs with one click
Use existing candidate profile and job context to find stronger fits
Help recruiters redeploy candidates into active opportunities
Reduce manual comparison across many open jobs
Support faster candidate-to-job decisions from the candidate profile
Quick answer
Find Best Jobs for Candidates lets recruiters open a candidate profile and discover the strongest job matches for that person. It helps teams rediscover open roles for existing candidates and reduce the manual work of comparing each candidate against every active job.
What changed
ATZ CRM now helps recruiters find the best jobs for a candidate directly from the candidate workflow. Instead of starting with a job and looking for candidates, recruiters can start with a candidate and discover where that person may fit.
This is valuable when a strong candidate is available but not attached to the right job yet. The recruiter can review suggested roles and decide whether to assign, contact, submit, or save the candidate for later.
The update complements existing AI matching workflows such as Job to Candidate Matching and similar-candidate discovery. It rounds out the matching loop by making candidate-to-job review faster.
Recruiters still stay in control. AI can suggest relevant jobs, but the recruiter reviews the match, checks client requirements, confirms candidate interest, and chooses the next action.
Why it matters
Recruiters are often measured on speed, quality, and follow-through. This update is designed to reduce manual work, protect useful context, and help teams keep hiring activity moving with fewer handoffs.
When a candidate is not selected for one role, recruiters can quickly see whether another open job may be a better fit.
Recruiters no longer need to scan every active job manually before deciding where a candidate belongs.
Candidates already known to the team can be matched to new openings before recruiters source from scratch.
Recruiters can start from a promising person and move toward suitable roles, which is useful for agency databases with strong existing talent.
Before and after
Before
Recruiters opened job lists manually and compared requirements against a candidate from memory, notes, or resume review.
After
Recruiters can open the candidate and ask ATZ CRM to surface relevant jobs for review.
Before
Strong candidates could sit idle if they were not attached to the first role they applied for.
After
Candidate-to-job matching helps recruiters rediscover active opportunities for existing candidates.
Before
Matching workflows were often job-led, starting from a role that needed candidates.
After
Recruiters can also work candidate-first when a promising profile deserves role discovery.
How recruiters use it
The exact setup depends on your workspace and permissions, but the core workflow is built to keep recruiters closer to the record, the next action, and the right team context.
Start from a candidate who looks promising, newly available, recently rejected, or suitable for redeployment.
Use the matching action to compare the candidate against active job context in ATZ CRM.
Check the role, client, location, requirements, and fit before deciding what to do next.
Confirm the candidate’s availability, preferences, and any role-specific criteria before submitting or assigning.
Assign the candidate to the right job, contact them, submit to a client, or keep the match in mind for later follow-up.
Best fit
